Abstract

Spondylolisthesis didefinisikan sebagai translasi anterior satu segmen vertebra daripada vertebra lainnya. Dalam keadaan fisiologis normal, facet joint, diskus intervertebralis, struktur ligament anterior dan posterior, serta otot pembungkus mempertahankan kesejajaran vertebra. Pada pasien dengan spondylolisthesis bisa disertai ataupun tidak disertai spondilosis yang dapat mengakibatkan defisit neurologis progresif dan radikulopati yang tinggi akibat kompresi akar saraf. Pada regio lumbal, gangguan nyeri mengakibatkan kekakuan terhadap otot paravertebra lumbal maka dari itu akan muncul ketidakseimbangan diantara otot paravertebra dan core muscle dalam menjaga tulang belakang mengakibatkan terganggunya aktivitas fungsional dan penurunan mobilitas lumbal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian lumbar   stabilization   exercise   dan   william   flexion exercise terhadap intensitas nyeri, kekuatan otot dan kemampuan   fungsional   pada   pasien   dengan   kasus Spondylolisthesis Posterior Verterbra Lumbal 5 Grade I. Intervensi   diberikan   selama   6 kali   pertemuan   berupa latihan supine twisted stretch, pigeon supine stretch, single and double knee to chest serta bridging.  Pasien yaitu Ny. R usia 42 tahun di RS Muhammadiyah Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei tahun 2024. Hasil dari   intervensi   yang   diberikan   terjadi   penurunan tingkat  intensitas  nyeri,  peningkatan  kekuatan  otot extremitas  bawah,  serta  penurunan  tingkat  disabilitas aktivitas   fungsional   yang   diukur   dengan   kuisioner Oswestry Disability Index (ODI).
