Abstract

Presbivestibulopati (presbyvestibulopathy/PVP) adalah sindrom vestibular kronis pada usia ≥60 tahun, berupa ketidakseimbangan, gangguan berjalan, pusing, atau jatuh berulang yang disertai hipofungsi vestibular bilateral ringan. Bukti rehabilitasi vestibular pada populasi yang memenuhi kriteria PVP saat ini belum pasti. Tinjauan ini dirancang mengikuti PRISMA 2020 dan PRISMA-S. Studi yang memenuhi syarat adalah intervensi terkontrol pada orang berusia ≥60 tahun dengan diagnosis PVP eksplisit atau data yang cukup untuk merekonstruksi kriteria PVP saat ini. Kerangka pencarian mencakup PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, CENTRAL, PEDro, registri uji klinis, dan penelusuran sitasi. Karena ekspor asli basis data tidak tersedia, naskah ini melaporkan kumpulan kandidat teks lengkap yang telah diverifikasi, bukan denominator final tahap identifikasi dan penyaringan PRISMA. Dari 22 laporan atau kelompok laporan kandidat, tidak satu pun memenuhi seluruh kriteria populasi dan desain terkontrol. Eksklusi disebabkan oleh populasi vestibular yang tidak sesuai (n=8), bukti objektif hipofungsi bilateral ringan terkait usia yang tidak memadai (n=5), tidak adanya pembanding yang memenuhi syarat (n=5), data subkelompok usia yang tidak dapat diekstraksi (n=3), atau intervensi yang tidak sesuai (n=1). Meta-analisis, penilaian RoB 2, dan GRADE tidak dilakukan. Dalam kumpulan kandidat yang telah diverifikasi belum ditemukan studi terkontrol yang memenuhi syarat. Kesenjangan awal ini tidak membuktikan rehabilitasi vestibular tidak efektif. Publikasi definitif memerlukan pengulangan pencarian pada basis data asli, deduplikasi, diagram PRISMA lengkap, dan verifikasi keputusan kelayakan secara independen.
