Abstract

Fraktur klavikula merupakan salah satu fraktur yang paling sering terjadi hingga mencapai 10% dari keseluruhan fraktur. Terdapat peningkatan kejadian fraktur klavikula dewasa dan peningkatan insidensi pada pria di bawah usia 30 tahun yang biasanya disebabkan oleh trauma berenergi tinggi. Fraktur pada 1/3 tengah klavikula merupakan fraktur yang paling sering terjadi. Pengobatan fraktur midklavikula yang mengalami pergeseran masih kontroversial dan didasarkan pada parameter radiografi. Seorang laki-laki berusia 30 tahun datang ke IGD RSUD Patut Patuh Patju, Lombok Barat dengan keluhan bahu kanan yang tidak bisa digerakan setelah terjatuh dari pohon mangga. Pemeriksaan fisik menunjukan adanya pembengkakan, skin tenting, deformitas, nyeri tekan, penonjolan tulang dan krepitasi. Hanya terdapat sedikit gerak sendi bahu. Pemeriksaan rontgen bahu kanan anteroposterior tampak diskontinuitas tulang klavikula 1/3 tengah dengan displacement, angulation cum contractionem dan tampak soft tissue swelling.
