Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (Electronic Health Records, EHR) merupakan komponen penting dalam transformasi digital layanan kesehatan, termasuk dalam praktik fisioterapi. Dokumentasi fisioterapi yang mencakup asesmen, perencanaan intervensi, pelaksanaan terapi, dan evaluasi hasil menuntut akurasi data yang tinggi serta koordinasi antarprofesi yang efektif. EHR memberikan peluang untuk meningkatkan mutu dokumentasi, memperkuat kesinambungan pelayanan, dan mempercepat proses administratif. Namun, implementasinya di bidang fisioterapi masih menunjukkan variasi antar fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor teknis, organisasi, serta kompetensi pengguna. Literature review ini bertujuan menelaah tingkat penggunaan EHR dalam pelayanan fisioterapi, mengidentifikasi manfaat utamanya, menguraikan hambatan implementasi, serta memetakan peluang pengembangan sistem ke depan. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar dengan periode publikasi 2015–2024, menghasilkan 112 artikel awal. Setelah proses seleksi berbasis PRISMA, sebanyak 21 artikel dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa EHR terbukti meningkatkan kualitas dokumentasi dan komunikasi antarprofesi, serta mendukung efisiensi kerja fisioterapis. Meskipun demikian, berbagai tantangan seperti beban dokumentasi, keterbatasan literasi digital, ketidaksesuaian fitur EHR dengan kebutuhan asesmen fisioterapi, lemahnya interoperabilitas, dan isu keamanan data masih menjadi hambatan utama. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengembangan modul EHR khusus fisioterapi, penguatan pelatihan digital, serta kebijakan interoperabilitas untuk mendukung implementasi EHR yang efektif dan aman.
